工作内容：

1、根据生产计划，组织车间生产，协调各生产工序，掌握生产进度，保证均衡生产和生产任务之完成。

2 、负责生产现场5S及目视化管理 。

3 、负责监督管理所辖设备的日常保养与维护 。

4 、协同技术完成新品的打样与技术方案的探讨 。

5 、协同上级及IE完成效率提升、工艺改善、产线规划等工作 。

6 、负责日常人员管理 以及下属团队人员培养，人才梯队搭建。

任职要求：

1 、大专或大学本科学历、钣金制造业背景。

2 、有规模企业生产管理经验，精通精益生产 。

3 、抗压能力强，能应对突发事件。

4 、责任心及原则性强，丰富的团队管理经验。
